3. OEM Cooperation Process:
A. Customers have processing needs for some special brand.
B. Customers call us to find consultation/visit website to know details for more cooperation.
C. Invites customers to visit factory.
D. Discuss the requirements of brand product with customers
E. Provides prescription and model according to customers' requirements.
F. Customer checks the prescription and model to give feedbacks for product until both buyer and seller could accept it.
G. Customer chooses processing programs and signs processing contract.
H. Customer prepays the processing payment up to 30 percent of the total amount.
I. Processing relationships come into effect.

4. OEM terms:
A. Customers must have a valid trademark, and sign commissioned letter of attorney.
B. Customers should pay sample charge and plate fees for OEM products, samples will be provided according to the customer's external appearance, after the sample and calculation of cost pricing are confirmed, sample will be kept and the processing will put on record (A division which up to 5 percent is permitted between sample and ready commodity).
C. If content above are all implemented, then seller and buyer sign a processing contract to safeguard the interests of both sides.

Besides, for doing so, we request our customers of the following:
1. The order quantity should be big and of course this could be negotiated.
2. If famous brand names/trademarks are required to be printed on the products/cartons, we need an authorization letter from relevant customer aboard.
3. A deposit as much as 30% of the order amount is required for such OEM business.
4. Customers should provide us with drawings/samples for which we are to produce.
5. Timing of making new plate mould will be within 20 work days.
