What is your minimum order quantity?
Usually, our minimum order quantity is 500 pieces. But we accept the lower quantity of your trial order. Please let us know at any time how many pieces you need, and we will calculate the cost accordingly. We hope you can place a large order after checking the quality of our products and understanding our services.
Can I take the sample?
Of course, we usually provide existing samples for free. But we will charge a sample fee for customized designs. When the order reaches a certain quantity, the sample fee can be refunded.
We usually send samples through DHL, FEDEX, UPS, or TNT. You can pay the shipping cost to our PayPal and we will use our account to ship the goods. It will take approximately 5-7 days to reach you, depending on your location.
How long is the sample delivery cycle?
For existing samples, it takes 3-5 days. They are free. If you want your own design, it will take 5-7 days, depending on whether your design requires new printing screens, etc. Anyway, we will respond to your request promptly.
4. How long is the production lead time?
The minimum order quantity takes 10-15 days. We have a great production capacity, even for large-scale production, we can ensure fast delivery.
5. How many colors are available to choose from?
We use the Pantone color matching system for color matching. So you can tell us the Pantone color code you need. We will match the colors. Or we can recommend some popular colors to you.
6. What certification has your factory passed?
We have obtained SEDEX and Disney factory certifications. If you need them, we will send you a copy of the certification.
7. What testing standards does your product meet?
Our products comply with EN71 and BV testing standards.
Can you help me make my own design? How about the sample fee and sample time?
Of course, we have a professional development team to design new products. We produce OEM and ODM products for many customers. You can tell me your ideas or provide us with drawings. We will develop for you. As for the sampling time, it is approximately 5-7 days. The sample fee is charged based on the material and size of the product.
Are you a manufacturer? If so, in which city?
Yes, our factory has 30000 square meters. We are in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province.
